What's better than a standard bowl of noodles? Well, hand pulled, of course! The art of taking a blob of dough, stretching and multiple times and making a thin and consistent set of noodles is incredible. Simply watching them performing at the front of the shop (at most times) is mesmerising enough. Place them in a hot bowl of broth alongside delicious toppings and you have a set of luxurious la mian.

It is without a doubt that Grand Imperial is a pretty fine place. With bright and posh looking decor, excellent service and a series of dishes to behold, having brunch or dinner here is certainly quite enjoyable. As for their hand pulled noodles (la mian), there are several variety available. One of the most popular is the szechuan version, which is both spicy and sour - a lovely combination of flavour that excites!More info
