The menu might be a little overwhelming for newcomers but if you’re a fan of grilled chicken, there is no such thing as disappointment. The huge portion of meat is done to perfection with desired chars on the outside and tender core. Sides of fresh salad, compelling sauce and French fries complete the winning combination. 

The Rosemary Chicken might sound as generic as it gets on the menu, but what comes smoking under your sights will by all means- astonish you. The dish is covered wholly with herbs that tingles the olfactory senses, while paired with a poached egg that just gets the heart all warm and cosy when prodded. The sauce might just be the star of the play though, featuring a smoky overtone from divine preparations done to its raw ingredients. As for the chicken? Juicy and succulent all day, every day.

Steven's Western Corner is no newcomer when it comes to the simple western food industry. Serving up a variety of meat cooked western style, their best seller, still, until today would have to be Chicken Chop. The choice comes in both grilled and deep-fried, but for those weight watchers out there, better to go for grill to ease your conscience. Served with fries, coleslaw and an egg on the side, the sauce would be poured all over, drowning your chicken unless you mentioned to separate the two. Either way, this is the place you go to when your grilled chicken heart is calling out but wallet/purse say 'I don't have much'. 

Chinese by day, Western by night, Restoran Hup Soon is like a fairy tale in the world of intense competition between restaurants where creativity and variety determine who's on top. Serving Chinese delicacy by day, this classic Chinese restaurant that houses best selling stalls, churns out plates after plates of Western delights when it gets dark. One of their best selling item is the Chicken Chop. Perfectly grilled piece of chicken, doused with either mushroom or black pepper sauce and served with a side of fries and coleslaw, it is the staple of good, quality food made simple. The price tag that comes with it certainly make this dish worth every bite. 

You literally can never go wrong with Murni. Their extensive menu, even though you have been there for a nth time, there's always something you have yet to try, that your peers recommend to you, saying that it's good. Well, here's another one. Murni does have the normal serving of grilled chicken chop but why stop there? Meet Chicken Chop Special. Two grilled chicken sandwiched together with cheese in the middle, topped with black pepper sauce with a side of fries and coleslaw. If this is not enough for you, Murni always has a mix of carbs and more protein somewhere.

Around the PJ area, Piccadilly is known to be the go-to place to hangout. Serving up a variety of cuisines, one of them being western, of course one would expect to see Grilled Chicken Chop. There are so many dishes available there that it is easy for something common like chicken chop to be looked over. But this is another thing that Piccadilly seem to get right. Served with a side of fries and coleslaw, the meat is cooked 'till delightfully tender that comes with either black pepper or mushroom sauce. Next time, you go to Piccadilly, forego your usual order (the Thai's, the Indian's) and go for the Grilled Chicken Chop instead. 

If you're looking to have a hefty plate of food for a small price, look no further than Vary Pasta. Vary Pasta doesn't bother with materialistic things and just focus on the basis; good tasting food. One of their big size serving is the Grilled Chicken Chop. Served with pasta and a side of fries, it looks more like a platter for two than it is a dish for one. But the price tag that comes with it makes this even more amazing than it already is. Perfectly grilled chicken doused over with sauce, it's hard to get better than this.
