    While it’s true that most patrons come to Madam Chiam for the chilli pan mee, their curry noodle shouldn’t be overlooked. Filled with spongy tau fu pok, cockles and long beans, the overall noodle dish goes well with an additional half-boiled egg. The broth, in the meantime, is tasty and not overly spicy.
