Spicy, flavourful, fresh and aromatic - the four key qualities to a good curry fish head. Eaten with rice or bread, alongside an abundance of fresh vegetables such as okra, brinjal, cabbage, and onions, a delicious pot of curry fish head will leave you craving for more. Most importantly, the freshness of the fish used. It has to be flaky and firm served in a generous portion. Be it creamy or spicy, we love them all.

Century Curry Fish Head 世纪瓦煲咖哩鱼头 - Cedar Point Hawker Center
The Chinese styled curry fish head at Cedar Point Hawker Center is rather popular among the locals. The piping hot claypot takes about 10-15 minutes to served and it's well worth the wait. Tender and flaky fish that literally falls apart when placed in your mouth, along with delicious vegetables and plenty of crispy beancurd that soaks up all that curry gravy. A second bowl of rice doesn't seem that far off anymore.
