This dough fritters is usually chockfull with beansprouts and prawns and served in many forms, creating a variant of taste and textures. It’s best consumed when it warm, sinking your teeth into the crunchy carapace which reveals a billowy consistency is absolute divine. It can be eaten alone but a side of chilli sauce only elevates the nibbling joy. Khadijah Kitchen
Khadijah Kitchen may not serve the best local cuisine around - particularly their range of noodles and nasi lemak, however, their cucur udang on the other hand isn't exactly all that bad. The flavours may not have been the strongest, but it is still addictive enough with the side of chili sauce. In any case, it's a great quick and easy snack on a Monday afternoon.
