Revolving around Yakitori-styled cuisine, you can expect all sorts of skewers coming off the grill here. One that has taken the spotlight is the chicken wings. Slightly charred skin rich with the smoky flavours of the grill, the wings are also seasoned with grains of coarse salt, giving it an archaic, yet delicious flavour.

Benjy Cafe's version of hot wings is pretty straightforward. Chicken wings lightly fried and tossed in a homemade hot sauce, it's as simple and spicy as it gets. A word of warning, do not directly inhale near the basket of wings - the scent is permeating and sometimes painfully sharp.More info
