When it comes to “Pad Thai”, there’s so much more than just generic ones such as the “Pad Thai Chao Wang” here. Bearing a Thai version of “char kuey teow”, this rice noodle dish is laden with full-sized prawns, egg, bean sprouts, tofu and ground peanuts. It is very authentic and stands out with a pronounced sweet tamarind flavour, while the noodles were perfectly cooked yet elastic!
