Despite its simple looking nature, a good set of Ayam Percik can be incredibly delicious. It's moist, succulent, tender and well packed with different spices, creating a plethora of flavours, similar to what Nando's is capable of. Instead, this is the Malaysian version with our own variation on spices and herbs. When blended together, it will then be marinated followed by a grilling session, ensuring all the flavours are locked within. The preferred grill marks also adds on a smoky aftertaste, which is always welcomed.

Hayaki Cafe
Hayaki may sound Japanese, but it's not. In fact, it's a place where simple yet delicious servings of Kelantanese cuisine are served. Promised to stick as close as they can to tradition, Hayaki Cafe has a variety of signature northeastern dishes that many would enjoy. Especially the nasi kerabu with ayam percik, a classical dish with a plenty of different flavours and texture. The ayam percik, which is grilled to tender perfection, along with its marination and sauce, goes really well with the rice and its accompanying add-ons.
