Nestled in a refurbished mall in Subang Jaya, this café does turn the tables on what you thought a modern day café looks like. SS15 Courtyard, or some know it as First Subang Mall, whichever you want to call it, went in a state of refurbishment not too long ago, and with that came along new some new shops, a number of eateries and to the delight of some, cafes. Located on the ground floor of the mall, you are most likely to cross path with as it is sited next to the main entrance and somewhat in the middle of the mall.
From afar, it simply looks like a blend of a
classic western café where higher class citizens of the Western world would use
to go to for breakfast and a modern day coffee house. The décor has a very old
fashioned and classic yet cosy and bright enough to make you feel special.
Before even stepping in the café, or while taking a look at the menu outside
the café, expect to be greeted by a very friendly waiter willing to help you
through your choices.
Inside,
you can also expect similar friendliness but this time at the comfort of your
own seat. Coffee is served here and it is good enough to get your caffeine fix.
The usual café lattes, cappuccinos, piccolo lattes and the lot is available here.
Other than that, food is not left out of the equation. Big breakfast is available
and also a range of in-house specialties.
