Of course, the normal Dim Sum selections such as har gow, siew mai, egg tarts and a variety of others are available in the menu. However, the must try in Tim Ho Wan would be no other than their "Big 4 Heavenly Kings" which is their signature dishes that gained them an entry in the Michelin Guide.
One of the must tries would be their BBQ Pork Bun which is not the usual steamed bun, the BBQ Pork Bun here is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Other signature dishes would be their Vermicelli Roll served with sesame sauce, pan fried carrot cake and their super fluffy steamed egg cakes that is said to take up to 3 days to prepare.
Dim sum is best served with Chinese tea without objection but if you are looking for a sweet aftertaste, you can try out their signature dessert which is the Mango Sago Pomelo which is said to have a silky texture and the fragrance of the mango complements it perfectly.
While you are there, you can also try out the other dim sum options from their 25 items menu including har gow, siew mai, chicken feet braised with abalone sauce,
