Sitka is not just another typical restaurant that you can find along the streets of Jalan Batai, Kuala Lumpur. Bringing you a combination of traditional ingredients and modern technique, Sitka offers their patrons modern contemporary Southeast Asia cuisine to indulge in their restaurant that goes by a parallel theme to their dishes. Patrons are constantly presented with Sitka’s innovative menu as they constantly create new modern cuisine with focus on all day menu.

By working with hand-picked local producers, fishermen and small farms, this encourages and support sustainable food practices. With reliance on hand-picked sources, one of Sitka’s assembles is the Chilli Beef Porridge made of Scottish oats, pickled ginger, 64C egg and premium soy. Instead of having waffles for dessert, have Sitka’s Buttermilk waffle layered with miso-marinated aubergines and Portobello, gingko, black and red beans, fried duck egg, crispy kale, mushroom ketchup and hot sauce for brunch.

Burgers may be typical in any restaurants however Sitka’s rendition of a burger is distinctive with their Aged Burger consisting of three cuts of aged beef minced in house topped with proper swiss cheese, onion jam and pickle all sandwiched between a bun. Other dishes include Roast Seabass, Lamb Shank Ragu, Chilli Lobster Gnocchi, Chicken Satay, Lobster Roll and more.

When it comes down to dessert, Sitka does not play around. Have a try on their Brownie Ice-Cream Sandwich – a Raspberry ripple ice-cream sandwiched between chocolaty walnut brownies. White Chocolate Cream – a whipped chocolate topped with milk crumbs, wood sorrel and Thai basil oil is also a signature along with Dark Chocolate Cremeux – Peanut made of salted honey roast peanut and peanut mousse.
