Two kinds of high tea sets are available with each catering to your preferred palate, diners can opt for the Sweet Tray of High Tea or Savoury & Sweet Delight High tea that comes with complimentary green tea. A list of Nobu’s signature dishes are presented on a lighter scale: Salmon Tartare, Sushi Rice with Salmon Egg, White Fish Tiradito, Shrimp Slider, Seafood Gyoza with Jalapeno dressing to name a few are under savoury whereas Suntory Cappucino, Mochi with red bean and black sesame, green tea biscuit with yuzu white chocolate ganache filling, Banana Harumaki and others fall under the sweet category.
