Brazilians are known for their food and how to party. At Carnaval Churrascaria, they combine both and more to bring Brazilian culture to our land. Malaysia, unfortunately, are not that familiar with the customs of the Brazilians, what with the distance between the two countries. Nonetheless, we are grateful to have this piece of colourful culture on our soil.

This place is full of bright coloured walls and table clothes and witnessing the spiff-dressed servers gyrating around the dining space with towering meats sure washes away your tired or stressful vibes away. 

The varieties of meat served could probably induce a heart attack so take care of yourself. If not, go crazy with it. There are chicken, chicken gizzard, chicken liver, chicken sausage and smoked chicken ham. For beef, they have roast beef, garlic beef, beef tri-tip, beef topside and picanha (Americans call it sirloin). They also have lamb shoulder, lamb cutlets, grilled prawns and fish fillets. The best part, however, has to be the grilled pineapple, charred on the outside and juicy on the inside, the caramelised taste will leave you wanting more.

To cut down the heaviness from the amount of meat you swallow, they served a side dip of mint sauce and tomato and capsicum relish. For those who fear the amount of calories that comes with the above, don’t fret, the restaurant also has a salad bar, with some non-veggie choices. Feel free to take as many vegetables to ease your guilt. For dessert (if you still have room for more), give their Caramelised Banana a try. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, it would sure to complete the monster meal you just had.

Carnaval works in only two ways; either you go for the full buffet, where you get all of the above minus the dessert and drinks, or only go for the salad bar; they call it a half buffet. Be it vegetarians or carnivores, you both can bloat up your tummy gleefully.
