Claiming to be serving upscale creative food with hints of Mediterranean influences, Copper Restaurant is situated at level 5 of Menara Shell of which is a sure indicator that the working crowds would swarm into this restaurant during lunch hour. Nevertheless they never scale down in terms of its quality whenever serving is necessary. The man behind this masterpiece is Chef Chai Chun Boon together with his wife Zeehan Zahari. His expertise as an exquisite chef has been embarked from Switzerland to Netherlands, Spain and even our dearest neighbour Singapore.
Till to date, its opening in Malaysia never cease to amaze. With European and a bit of Maditerrenean touch, the dishes range from the classic pasta of Aglio Olio to Baked Eggs. One of the mains that are worth a try is their Grilled Chicken Chop that seems to be among favourites of regulars here. The plate of Hamachi Cooked La Plancha with Smoky Creme, Tomato & Fish Crisps is worth a shot. Desserts at Copper are among the best and would be impossible to say no to. Stepping inside Copper, the flairs is sets off is somewhat in between the line of elegancy yet a total serene with wooden tables and chairs that seem to fill in most of the spaces here and light bluish walls intersecting the end of glass walled overlooking the view outside.
