Analog Cafe's savoury waffle is certainly not to be missed. Where strips of chicken are laid above homemade waffle and finished with honey, halved grapes and sprinkling of herbs. The waffle has a nice consistency along with a beautiful brown crust - accompanying the delectable chicken fingers perfectly. The honey is used to sweeten things up while the grapes gave it lightness and freshness simultaneously. Despite categorised as a savoury serving, the usage of honey and fruits, do cheer up dessert junkies in a way. Be warned, your mind might yearn for seconds. 

Despite not looking as grand as Grey Sky Morning or Mr & Ms Cafe, Good Friends Café does offer a warm, humble and spacious place to dine. Serving not only decent breakfast menus but desserts as well. One of which includes their  waffles with ice cream, comprising sliced strawberries, bananas and chocolate syrup. 

Thoughtfully crafted, the makers behind this delicious waffle certainly know what they are doing. The waffles are pretty big and come in a squarish piece and generously topped with homemade Oreo and Nutella ice cream. Mouth-watering already? That’s not all! Thinly sliced pieces of banana and strawberries are placed at the side, while the nutty flakes are tossed on top of the ice cream. To finish it off, a chocolate dressing flows the whole sweet confection. It does sound like an invitation to diabetes but most importantly, the combination of flavour and texture is spot on. 

Wanting to have a plate of sweet and delicious waffles isn’t that difficult – nor expensive. At the Alchemist Cafe, you can purchase your plate of cravings for a mere RM8.90! That is quite the bargain if we care to admit. And no, it’s not some crappy or forgotten waffle, in fact, it was quite the opposite. Freshly made Belgian waffles which was warm at heart and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream, crushed peanuts and powdered sugar. It might sound simple but do work wonders once hitting your palate.
