Of course that wouldn’t make a complete meal, and that’s where the bed of asparagus, pumpkin mash, and romesco sauce comes in with flavours and textures of sweet, spicy, and crunchiness. 

Aside from having a huge variety of tea-leaves and options, they too have a quite a simple serving of pan-seared salmon steak. Paired with buttery mashed potatoes and asparagus and finished with a special blue-cheese dressing on the side. The salmon was extremely fresh, flaky and perfectly seasoned. Though it was cooked through as I prefer it semi-raw, it was still absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.
