Village Briyani Café
Served in a true Indian style, the briyani dish comes with a standard set of dalca curry, raita, whole boiled egg and acar. The spice-infused rice packed a robust punch. Opt for their succulent mutton curry as the main dish, which has a nice falling-off-the-bone tenderness and goes well with the briyani rice.

If you don’t mind digging deeper into your wallet, you should go for Abah’s signature briyani gam JDT, which is serves with either chicken or mutton. The set also comes with a soft drink and side dishes, which include acar and telur pindang (hard-boiled egg in spices). The mutton set is particularly awesome, with rich and tender meat that complements well with the briyani rice.

This restaurant offers a variety of Northern and Southern Indian cuisines. Among their specialties are the briyani dishes. They have five of that choices here, but we reckon the chicken briyani and lamb briyani will satisfy you to the max! Both meats are savoury and tastes great with fragrant briyani rice mixed together on the banana leaf.

India's Nasi Briyani is indeed an odd-looking one because of each grain looking longer than the rest, but still holds the standard of being the staple food even in India, and also being one of the most fragrant rices. The Ketinggi's take on this great rice dish is one that everyone might be familiar with, but also one of the most delicious takes on a revered Indian rice dish with accurate taste, methods, and authenticity.
