    Santa Chapati HousePork free d90bfb235d64e73ff14d8ad65b89aaab71a3af43962907cb9cd494af0a63fa21

Calling all chapatti fans over! This humble-looking restaurant has captured the hearts of locals with fresh, fluffy and most importantly delicious flatbreads. The best part is pairing it up with a host of meats like fried chicken, chicken curry and varuval (a thicker concoction of spices) and mutton curry. If meats aren't up your alley, fret not, their dhal curry, chick pea and potato masala as well as shredded cabbage offer great flavours too. However, the real talking point has to be the chapatti, it’s just the perfect vehicle to mop the gravies clean. Also, remember to wrap up your meal with their special tea, ideal to awake the aftertaste of the spices.

This bustling restaurant has been a household name among the locals for decades. With a massive and impressive spread of vegetables, meats and seafood lined up as a welcoming reward, one could hardly contain their excitement any longer. The main appeal is gracing up the banana leaf with as many dishes as possible since the prices are pretty reasonable. Dishes that deserve a special mention are their boneless mutton gravy, resoundingly crispy fried bitter gourds, chicken briyani, fried fish cutlet and sambal fish, to name a few. If rice isn’t your jam, opt for thosais or fried noodles that are equally praiseworthy.

    Spice Garden

There are a number of things that you should look for when you are at Spice Garden, and the first being the Khazana Briyani. It's slightly milder compared to most, but it still does deliver in flavour and texture. To accompany that, Chicken Tikka Achari and Chicken Sheekh Kebab are the perfect choice! Also, don't forget to try out their Gulab Jamun, which is great as well.
