Tea is definitely a big part of both Eastern and Western cultures. Traditionally, high tea was a combination of the afternoon tea and evening meal for the working class served between 5PM and 7PM which included hearty foods that were practical and filling for workers when they came home after a day of hard labour; which of course was washed down with servings of tea.
