October Coffee House
We certainly do not doubt why October Coffee House is synonymous to French Toast in Kota Kinabalu according to Google and thus, are pretty sure you might have heard of this cafe too if you've been looking for some remarkable french toast. The best parts about OCH's French Toast are that it is very affordable, generously topped with fruits and delicious, all at the same time. Needless to add, we absolutely adore it.

The B Side
A popular brunch spot, The B Side quickly rose to fame upon its opening. The wow factor here is certainly displayed in its great food and coffee. Many dishes have been repeatedly commended by fellow foodies but the spotlight is definitely on the classic french toast. Served with maple syrup and fruits, the bread of the dish itself is thick and fluffy.

Gam Tong Hong Kong Recipe
If you love Cantonese/Chinese food ala Hong Kong style, check out Hong Kong Recipe that is a specialty restaurant. While egg noodles and dumplings are great, we have our attention all set on the Hong Kong style French Toast. It is drenched in syrup, topped with butter and beyond what the conventional french toast is as it is extremely... FLUFFY! It is so fluffy I am going to die.

halalClassic and simple, Kudos Bistro's french toast is served with either vanilla and cinnamon sugar. You may or may not be convinced by the absence of maple syrup but trust us, the flavored sugars are just as complimentary to the dish. The restaurant apparently plates out delicious breakfasts - in which includes the star dish of the list. Pair your breakkie with some coffee or tea for a simple yet palatable meal which will inevitably make a great start to your day.

halalYo(Yo Cafe)! Meh- that was lame but I tried. Moving on, check out that darkly colored french toast that (kinda) looks bizarre but probably will not sound strange anymore once you find out that it is actually just chocolate! Yep- this cafe serves some chocolate french toast that stands alone without any additional syrup or topping. Then again, chocolate is all we need to alleviate (almost) anything.More info
