Carbs has never looked so good until Yeast opened up shop in the bustling streets of Telawi, Bangsar. Three concepts rolled into one: Bakery, Bistro and Bar, Yeast combines the 2 most important aspects in French dining: Bread and Wine. The interior design is also very French and by French, we mean the unintimidating black and white tiled floor and fuss-free ambiance, which belies its European nature.Despite that, the restaurant however, maintains exclusivity by prioritising reservations instead of entertaining walk-in customers. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are completely different affairs at Yeast and the menu is filled with classic French fare such as foie gras, escargot, macaroons and creme brulee.
